7 views Who would work in IT at Christmas, most people using computers in your company aren’t actually working they are either browsing for presents on the net or actually buying them, or doing their grocery or lingerie shopping. Whilst doing this they take their eye of the ball and either delete important files from a server or infect your system with the latest killer virus.

160 views Spelt: where’s it from and why is it good for you?
After worrying over it for some time, I finally bought a bread maker, a panasonic and it was not cheap, but I am loving it already. Many of you have come here in the past for some of my recipes and I seem to get a lot of searches to do with recipes for Spelt flour.
