Change. The very idea can be quite frightening, and also help us see whats possible and envision a better future.
Right now, you don’t really know what it is, can’t put words to it, or understand it. You feel under the cosh, and you can’t get out, you’d like to lose weight, go to the gym, more, give up smoking, get on better with your partner, or find a partner, have more confidence and the list goes on
Sometimes there appears to be no development, no growth no moving forward, and its at these times you realise…
That sometimes all we can do is survive. The black rings under the eyes, the ache in the body, the mind that will not still, the heart that is already broken. However all you have to do is put one foot in front of the other, one thought beside another, get under and out of the cover, work, speak play go to the lavatory wash and so on.
When you look back you will see how much you changed during this time, how much you grew and learned and understood, and you have engaged with counselling and hypnotherapy you will realise how much further that brought you and how much more you have gained
One day you will lie on a beach in the warm sun and the survival of now will be all too real, but life is short and we can still laugh at sill jokes, toilet humour or slapstick comedy…we can still find joy.
Do you realise how much we can create our future just by the way we think and feel, and if we can change a thought we can change our lives?
