Getting home after a few drinks
On Saturday night, my wife and I went back to the country house hotel where we were married, because there had been a small mix up over food at the reception they had offered us a free meal and drinks at our convenience.
This was at The Buxted Park Hotel in Sussex, the meal was very good, beautifully presented and I felt the restaurant there needed a bit more recognition; and they treated us very well making us feel special, and very well looked after.
We had worried about getting home afterwards because Buxted Park is some way from where we live and we both wanted to drink. We had thought of getting a taxi there and back but felt this might ot be as reliable as we had wanted.
It was then we hit upon Chauffeur Monkeys
You drive your car to your venue as usual
At the booked time, a fully trained, insured & uniformed Chauffeur Monkey chauffeur will arrive on a small, purpose-built motor scooter that folds up into a leak proof bag which fits into your car boot.
The driver then drives you home in your own car and drops your friends off too, if requested.
Its simple, convenient and cheaper than a return taxi!
I have nothing to do with this company and they are not paying me to say this, but the service was brilliant as was the idea. Now Chauffeur Monkey only do Sussex, but there seem to be a number of these kinds of business starting up round the Uk, probably in the US too, so if you don;t live in sussex then check your local business directory.
It made a great night end just right, no worry, no stress, no mess.
