Change the name of Tax to “gift to the community” then see what David Cameron looks like, saying “lets lower our gift to the community.” This came to me as I was commenting on someone elses blog.

Tax needs revisioning and reframing, its a negative word, people see it negatively, The upper and upper-middle classes have always hated it, its why they chopped of King Charles head, we need to present things more positively and we also need to address the tax system.

Its like the term Nanny state, we need to turn that around too, that super nanny is beloved by millions, so maybe a nanny is needed now and then, is she a labour supporter??

A community is somewhere where each person is persuaded of their responsibilities, as well as becoming aware of them by themselves. If tax was a reframed as a being a gift( an enforced one maybe), a way of giving back the rich could be encouraged to “give” more.
