I would have liked to have talked about last nights football, where England Managed another lacklustre , if not dire performance, the combined transfer value and wages must have run into billions of pounds sterling or euros, and the combined entertainment value was 0. Unless of course you are Croatian. Yes scotland lost as well but at least they looked promising.

I had a look at You tube which Google have bought for £900 million, I sampled a pimped out soft porn princess ( an american student who was very enamoured of herself) another American student full of the “stand up message” on poverty in Africa and a few others too boring to mention then caught in the newspaper a story of a Labour Party MP who had recorded a video of himself impersonating the leader of the opposition party in a rather spiteful but satirical mini film.

On the poverty issue, which I am all for in the usual blase middle class way, I would like to reiterate the whole Jesus angle which is go down to the market place and sell and give away everything you have then come back and we’ll talk about the path you want to follow.  I knew someone who did that (gave away all his worldly goods) I think because he felt he had bought them with ill gotten gains and decided on a new path…he is the only one i have ever known and he is dead too (suicide) which I find saddening.

The world has become obsessed with communication, but always of the electronic variety, right now I am on a train tappping on my laptop whilst people listen to ipods and other MP3 players, talk on mobile phones or stand and stare glassily into space.  Face to face communication is a dangerous thing it would seem outside work.  A few weeks back someone started a conversation and it broke the ice and got 4 or five of us talking and now when I see them again we always talk, perhaps we always wanted to but didn’t know how, or didn’t dare, I am not sure!

Anyhow i hope very soon to write a bit about cosmic ordering as i think its known…get with the secret
