Always read the manual first

Unfortunately there doesn’t seem to be one for life, but in all other things…

The file that says ‘read me’, means it and the manual is there to help you, ignore it at your peril, as I have done many a time.

In life its the same, books of wisdom and understanding are there to help you, as are great works of art, theatre, cinema and other means of communication. If you ignore them you ignore the wisdom of the ages…Siddhartha didn’t sit under that bohdi tree for nothing, however neither did he turn down good food and drink.

So don’t forget to look after yourself physically as well..enough of a lecture, enjoy the weekend. Peace and Love.
