This entry is cursed… a meeting of minds
I want to be with someone who is open minded enough to talk about anything, in depth, who is interested in health poetry philosophy, politics, crystals or whatever..enough to at least have an opinion or an understanding and not dismiss it out of hand, whilst really knowing very little on the subject…
I need someone who can allow me the space to be myself, and who is proud of who I am as I would be of them. To be ashamed uncomfortable or embarrassed about anothers beliefs is no place to start. For myself I am happy to go along with what others believe because there is always something to learn…so I have learnt a lot about my heart. When I cannot listen, hear or understand, when I dismiss things because they do not fit in with my world view, I can no longer communicate…or if this happens to another they can longer communicate with me.
Communication is very important to me, and being open about it more so, I like to talk, to write to listen to read, on all sorts of subjects and all sorts of areas.
I am probably stranger in my outlook and ideas than even I realize. To give you an example, I have a fair few Crystals in my house, one particular piece of rose quartz is enormous, they are not there because I am into crystal healing or anything similar…they are there because they are beautiful objects as much as anything, most except for the very small ones were given me as presents. People seem to take having crystals in your house as some kind of signal that off the wall ideas will flow from you like honey from the……..however I am very interested in the ‘grooved ware’ people of the Orkneys, look up Skara Brae on the net or New Grange on the River Boyne, people that seemed to know much more about science than we do now but in 3000BC, or the Knights Templar, or the Masons, or homoepathy, acupuncture, and wierd science, I can read the tarot, and douse, …blah de blah…but crystals just look nice on the shelf.
