Sit in a quiet place. Make sure you will not be disturbed. Loosen any tight clothing. Picture yourself near a a beautiful clear pool fed by a mountain stream. Birds are softly chirping in the cool mountain air. No one but you knows your secret place. You are in total seclusion from the hectic place called the world. The sun is glistening off the gently swaying pine branches. You are safe. You are quiet. The soothing sound of a gentle waterfall fills the air with a cascade of serenity. You run your hands through the mountain water and immerse them up to your elbows the water is crystal clear so you can easily make out the face of the person you’re holding under the water…….

It is so very hard to be able to laugh at yourself, there are times when its virtually impossible, we deny ourselves so much, we are so hard on ourselves filling our lives with shoulds and ought tos, offer yourself some choices…
