Cleaning your Aura – a way to health

 

Cleaning your aura

I mentioned this to someone and they asked me how to do it , so I thought I’d put it up here..click more to read how.

In terms of therapy, health and healing, I have always enjoyed working with people using both viualisations and art (drawing, painting, modelling clay, whatever is available). This is a visualisation for cleaning your aura, I saw somthing similar in the idea of the ‘mind gym’ in Jack Blacks Mindstore…this method was told to me by a superb acupuncturist….

Ok sit comfortably, feet flat on ground, relaxed and concentrate on breathing and relaxing,check the sounds around you, acknowledge them and let them go, check any tension in your body…acknowledge and let go.

allow if you are willing an image to form in your minds eye of a light coming from the sky down throught your head and inside of you filling every available space in the UPPER half of your body with light and love and energy and healing and it flows and collects in a moviing belt around your waist at about the level of your belly button

THen imagine up through your feet the good rich dark energy of the earth rising through the lower half of your body connecting you with the earth and enriching and healing you, it too forms a whirling belt around your waist and entwines with the belt of light.

Now sense the aura that surrounds you, under your feet over your head, it has many levels but at the outer level where it brushes against people and things stick to it , you see dark places, muck, debris and dirt. (imagine this aura a bit like a Sci-Fi force field)

also imagine from the base of your your spine like a tail, or from the ‘perineum’ a pipe going into the centre of the earth, to the hot core, now feel the energy inside you from the connection to the light and the dark riches of our universe wash down this aura like you see rain run down a windscreen and as it wshes it pushes all the dirt and debris into your tail/pipe and down to the cente of the earth where it is burnt to good purpose as it refuels your existence.

Do this exercise slowly and at the end come back to the room, wiggling fingers and toes and feeling your presence on whichever seat you are on.

The place hands AND feet flat on the floor and earth yourself, you are cleansed.
