Tired at work
Every day now when I commuted to London to work, it took me over an hour and a quarter, lots of other people do it too, in fact thousands…
And they are are in the main tired, they sleep on the train, men and women both, they yawn and bags hang under their eyes. London is a centre of politics, money, civil service etc.
It suddenly struck me that my country and swathes of world politics via the civil service and large corporations was in the main being run by people who are tired before they get there…think about it, has it always been this way and could the world be better if we all got an extra day off in the working week, that things were decentralised away from big cities and we all got a decent nights sleep…I mean it think about it, really think about it…sleep on it, even.
