Think about it, how empty is your life? Are you bound up with work….yes OK I have the post holiday blues. I know things are bad coz I keep thinking of amazing things to write here and then forget them so i am forcing muself to drivel on in room full of monkeys mode in the hope soemthing decent will emerge.

My challenege is the discipline of getting up every day and going to work. I look around and see how ordinary we all are and how little what we do and slave at really matters…
