What we say
Everything we say has an effect not only on others but on ourselves. Illness is the expression of a lack of ease in the body that has been communicated to the body through the mind and emotions…of course bacteria and viruses and so on have a part to play…
The way we talk about and to ourselves is so important, the more positive and present we can be with our language the better we become and the better the world is for us and those around us.
Be aware of how negative statements have been used to control you from childhood, as a way of your parents exerting their influence and school and work keeping you inline.
The postive statements and language we use and apply to our lives, needs to be in the present
Try these statements every day and be aware how you may sabotage them, (if you have doubts, welcome them, assess them and act on their influence but do not let them rule your life. If you have criticisms let them go they serve no purpose.)
Life is joyful and filled with love
I am healthy, radiant and filled with energy
Whatever path I take I do well
I am willing to change and develop myself
I happy to accept all the earth will provide
I am blessed
All that I need to know is open to my understanding
I am healthy prosperous and lovable.
If you find criticisms or any negative thoughts coming to you, just say to yourself…”I delete that programme and replace it with (and add one of the above or one or your own positive statements)
Go well
