Anger and Loss

Everything I have had and lost I lost through anger.

And I mean anger…the anger at others, at my own lack of power, at situations, at other peoples lack of concern…everytime I fully engaged with that anger, in an undirected and unfocussed way, i lost.

And beleive me I lost everything.

Everything, and If you are thinking why is this in the humour section, its because when you have lost a lot you have to laugh…
