The smile you give out comes back to you.

Reap what you sow

I have heard this expression so many times and only really realised what it meant to me in the last few days.

The smile you give out comes back to you.

What you sow is the way you think, feel, and act. Most of us do those things without naming them, being conscious of them, directing them…

Almost as an opposite to the naming of fears….actually have you ever done that, when you name your fear about something, it is somehow diminished, decreased and very often disappears. Try it next time you have something to do you feel nervous or worried about, just say out loud..”my greatest fear in this situation is:-” and name it. So as I say the opposite occurs when we name something constructive or positive out loud….it increases its magnified, it grows.

The more conscious you become of the way you think, feel and act, the more you will be aware of the good seed you are planting for your future, and that seed planted now will reap good things, great rewards. However remember that what you sow can only be harvested for what it is. If you sow kindness then that is what you will get in abundance, if you sow charity, you will likely never be without.

What sort of world are you creating for yourself by the way you behave, what you are willing to feel, the way you react to others?

Now look we are not alone, so there is more to life than this….but this is the bit we have control over…think about it, feel it act on it, sow good and that is what will be returned for you. :-)
